I am also a part time employee of a regional hospital (currently on maternity leave), a sometimes runner, an amateur seamstress, a bit of a hippy at heart but you would never know it from my wardrobe, a daughter, a sister, a good friend and a person in my own right.
You might think that this last comment is a little strange -however, I am simply referring to my strong belief in the power of nurturing ourselves as mothers and finding the person you were before you had children and giving yourself persmission to continue to be that person once you have children. Yes you are the most important person in your child life and integral to shaping who they grow up to be - but you are also yourself and it is good to remember who that person is.
Wide and varied interests to say the least.
